Mutuel Play has been rewarded with a full double page spread in the Buzz Bingo internal newspaper that goes out to all club and head office staff members. The article gives some great exposure of the Mutuel Play exclusive titles with Buzz Bingo so that staff are well versed in the game features and key selling points that they can in turn relay to customers.
Rhys Owen, CEO and Founder of Mutuel Play had this to say; “as we look to launch more omni-channel content through our close collaborative partnership it will become increasingly important that staff members across both the retail and digital business are completely au fait with the games we’re launching to have the best chance of succeeding. A lot of investment goes into the games from both businesses and if we don’t give them the right platform they won’t find the right audience. New games have a short window to succeed and everyone across both businesses needs to be on their game for the games best chance of becoming a top ten performer. I am confident that as we grow stronger as a partnership we’ll find the right formula to ensure both businesses gain the biggest return on investment on the games.”
Stevie Shaves, Chief Digital Officer at Buzz Group Limited, echoed Rhys’s sentiments and had this to say, “We’ve been working on ensuring that we work better and more efficiently as a business and the launch of our internal newspaper and colleague app are helping transform the way we communicate updates across the business (retail and digital). For the business to succeed as a single unit it’s imperative the retail business is aware of what we’re doing online and vice versa.

The close work we’re doing with Mutuel Play is a great example of how we want to let the rest of the business know what great projects we’re working on.
The games Mutuel Play have launched online to date have been performing great and we want our retail players to also have the opportunity to experience games that they wouldn’t find anywhere else online.

Additionally, two of the titles we launched in 2018 also launched in club with more games being converted to our cabinets soon; we need our colleagues to know all of the key USP’s of these games to help drive cross sell between our omni-channel business.

Mutuel Play is also working on some great looking games throughout the rest of 2019 for our online site and they’ll be landing in future editions of our internal newspaper. I’m really looking forward to our players enjoying experiencing them.”

Mutuel Play is pleased to announce the launch of Bingo Millions 90-Ball with Jumpman Gaming. The game, which runs every Wednesday and Saturday evening at 10pm will now be available across the suite of Jumpman Gaming white label bingo and casino brands. The game offers players the chance to win up to £1.5m and is a different take on standard bingo as the prize table is fixed offering more players more chances to win a prize.

Following hot on the heels of the Bingo Millions 90-Ball variant Mutuel Play is pleased to announce the launch of a brand new variant, Bingo Millions 80-Ball. The draws for the 80-Ball game take place every Thursday and Sunday at 10pm. There will also be an Instant version of the game launching soon with games playing every 5 minutes.

Mutuel Play is proud to announce the launch of yet another bespoke exclusive title with Buzz Bingo. Cash ‘n Cannons is a new take on the highly successful 2019 launch of Candy Burst, however, this time we’ve used a medieval theme and style to bring the clearing feature to life. Instead of having special symbols clear other icons to potentially create more chances to win, we have visually incorporated cannons and archers into a castle setting.
The overall design, animation and sound quality is extremely high and we’re pleased to be showing the industry what we’re capable of. Whilst the game will remain exclusive to Buzz Bingo in the UK the game is also available via the Leander LeGa Remote Gaming Server to other operators who would be happy to launch the game in other territories.

The game has initially gone live with Buzz Bingo for a short exclusivity period before being made available to other Leander operators in over 30 languages and a multitude of currencies. Candy Burst is a traditional 3×5 slot game utilising the unique ‘Clearing Symbol’ feature that Mutuel Play have devised and that is working really well on one of our other slot games, Splatter Cake. Like Candy Crush, special symbols clear rows, reels, diagonally, adjacent and all symbols when they land thus creating more opportunities for wins. The wilds are immune to the clearing so stay on the reels when more symbols fall down. It’s a different take on the ‘Cascade’ feature that has been massively successful with other slot suppliers.

Mutuel Play Ltd is proud to announce we have been nominated for two awards at this years ‘Which Bingo’ awards taking place at Madame Tussaud’s, London on the 26th June.
We are entered into two categories, firstly, Splatter Cake an exclusive slot we developed for Buzz Bingo on the GECO Gaming (Playtech) RGS, and secondly, Bingo Millions 90-Ball, which is our flagship multiplayer fixed odds Bingo game we recently launched in April 2019.
Splatter Cake is a 3×5 slot game with a unique clearing symbol feature akin to something you might see Candy Crush. The game is bright, bubbly and a perfect theme for the bingo audience. It is already B3 maths compliant and will be making its way into Buzz retail bingo clubs up and down the UK later this year. Since its launch in September 2018 it has been a real hit with the Buzz players and continues to perform well.

The game will initially be launching with Buzz Bingo in the UK with ambitions to launch the game with other licensed operators digitally across the UK. We are also in discussion with Buzz Bingo about launching the game into retail in their 120 Bingo clubs across the UK in 2020.
The draws take place twice weekly on a Wednesday and Saturday evening at 10pm. Tickets are priced at £0.50, or a strip of six tickets for £2.50 and players can win a wide range of prizes from a free strip to £1.5m for hitting a full house within 30 calls. On Friday night, 25th January 2019, Which Bingo hosted a Live show on the Buzz Bingo website to show case some of their games and Mutuel Play content was right in the thick of it. The livestream was available via the Which Bingo website, Facebook Live, Twitch and Youtube, hosted by Roger.
Roger started the night a little later than planned due a technical issue but was soon up and running and playing some Bingo games on the site. After testing out the Buzz Blast game he moved on to some of the exclusive slots on offer including our very own ‘Lumberjack Cash’ and ‘Juicy Fruity’, both of which are hosted on the GECO Gaming platform. He was a little unlucky with both of those so instead moved over to our Leander hosted game, ‘The Wild Mob’. Roger got off to a slow start but soon started dropping some Sloth icons which awarded some respins. No bonus feature was materialising and Roger was down to around £50 when he upped his stake to £1.50 per bet and it wasn’t long before he triggered the free spins feature.
What followed was a sequence of one of the most exciting free spin features I’ve witnessed live on social media. Roger hit numerous respins, with the Sloth icon doubling in size and ended up with a whopping £186.30 which was 124 times his total bet. Roger and Buzz were dead pleased as it meant by the end of the session he ended up with over £200 which was then paid out to a lucky winner on the Buzz Bingo website.
